Strandja remains Nature Park
It happened thanks to the acceptance of the changes in the Protected Areas Law. Now the Orders, Decrees, Administrative Acts for announcement of reserves, natural and national parks, protected areas and historic sites, which are published till June 30th 2007 – not to be appealed.
147 deputies voted “yes”, 2 – “against” and 15 – “abstention”.
It was written in the law that all court cases against PAs acts at the moment must be stopped immediately.
That means terminate of the “Strandja” case also.
